The War Rapport was started in November 2019 by four businessmen who were invested in Auburn sports and wanted to bring a fresh, new, fan-centric perspective to the conversations happening around Auburn University football and basketball. Isaac Jones, Mike Gittens, Caesar Walker, and Bryan Wilson all had connections to the Auburn area, but it was their fandom that eventually led them to create this unique platform. They felt another voice in the space that could provide the content that the average or die-hard Auburn fan was looking for was needed. This was the launching point for the War Rapport.

The War Rapport originally started as a YouTube recap show, discussing the outcomes and revolving storylines surrounding Auburn Football immediately after games finished. The honest and straightforward approach between hosts helped it grow, pushing for more demand and an expansion into more relevant topics around the football and basketball teams and how those sports fit into the college sports landscape.

The War Rapport has now become a leading provider of Auburn recruiting news, one-of-a-kind interviews with former and current Auburn personnel and players (Coach Bryan Harsin, Coach Bruce Pearl, Ronnie Brown, Derrick Brown, and many more), relevant SEC news, and a hub of pre and post-game Auburn football and basketball analysis.

Dubbed as Auburn sports talk from the fans’ perspective, The War Rapport was created to be for the people who truly love Auburn sports. It’s inclusive, interactive, and made to bring fans of all kinds to the table for discussion. With so much information unavailable to the average person, the War Rapport takes on the task of being an intermediary between fan, coach, and athlete, bridging information gaps and offering insight into all aspects of the program.

Since its inception, the War Rapport has garnered over 1.7 million views on YouTube, has hosted and featured numerous high-profile members of sports media (Josh Pate, Cole Cubelic, Lauren Sisler, and more), and has become a highly-valued and definitive leader in Auburn sports talk.
