Auburn has brought in a completely revamped Offensive Line and the question everyone wants to know is, what kind of offense they will be blocking for? What does Auburn need for a successful spring?
Auburn has a big spring ahead of them. After a rough 5-7 season Auburn hired High Freeze to resurrect the Program. He has not disappointed, he signed the Number 16 High School recruiting class and the number 3 transfer portal class. You pair that with a dynamic running back room, a loaded group of Tight Ends, and a couple stud wide receivers? You’ve got potential to be great.
Clarity around the Quarterback position will make this a successful spring.

So what do you need to make that potential a reality? You need to establish a legitimate offensive identity. It can’t be a Harsin scheme of either over running or over throwing the ball. You need a balanced attack with the ball in your playmakers hands. So who are those playmakers? That’s what this spring is about. Auburn has to find those players and create a system around them to be the most productive in the fall.
I like the makeup of this team, but it’s gonna come down to the Quarterback and the Offensive Line. You get those two things squared away, it’s a successful spring in my book. Only question remaining is, do we have a viable QB currently on the roster?
