The Auburn Tigers suffered a loss in their second consecutive conference game on Saturday, 16-10, to No. 9 Texas A&M at Kyle Field.
The Tigers fell to 3-2 on the season and are yet to start off with a win in their first four conference games under head coach Hugh Freeze’s tutelage.
Auburn’s offense totaled 177 yards, a season low, while scoring just one touchdown. It came on the ensuing play of a 73-yard interception return by Xavier Atkins in the fourth quarter. The Tigers’ defense held the Aggies to just 16 points while giving up 414 yards.
