Grayson McCall rumors are heating back up, are fans too hot on him?
Grayson McCall is a phenomenal talent, the numbers he put up at Coastal Carolina along with his tape prove that. His only hold up has been obtaining the necessary credits to transfer. There are questions surrounding the guys that are currently on the roster, though.
I think Holden has talent, I think Robby has talent, I think TJ is outta here.

A large contingent of Auburn’s fan base believes that if McCall steps on campus he will be QB1, no questions asked. While he certainly would have the best chance at winning the job, it’s not a certainty. Robby has been in the eye of the storm and showed flashes of potential. Holden possesses incredible arm talent, and TJ is a C-USA Quarterback with an All-Sec attitude. After a recent interview where Finely stated he was offended the staff brought in competition, it’s in the best interest of both parties to part ways.
McCall would be the most talented QB on campus, however, there are more factors in the race. These other guys have been learning the system the entire spring and have built a rapport with the staff. That would work against Grayson, however, he would be able to overcome it.
